Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Presenta™, every gift is hand‑delivered with care. Because we deliver directly within Calgary (limited by postal codes), this policy explains how delivery works, what we need from you, and what happens if the recipient is unavailable.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Calgary (limited by postal codes). Delivery availability may vary based on distance, weather, and order volume. Any way to misrepresent addresses and/or postal codes for delivery outside of our area will result in order cancellation.

Delivery Windows

Before checkout, you’ll select a preferred delivery date. Deliveries are made within a time window, not an exact time, to allow for routing and traffic conditions. 

Recipient Availability

Because we deliver directly, accurate delivery information and recipient availability is essential.

If the recipient is home

We will hand the gift directly to the recipient or someone at the address.

If the recipient is not home

Depending on weather, building access, and product type, we may:

  • Attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for instructions including

    • Leave the gift in a safe location

    • Return the gift to our studio for re‑delivery

    • Deliver to a nearby address (within reason)

Re‑Delivery Fees

A re‑delivery fee may apply if we cannot complete delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not available

  • No safe place to leave the gift

  • Building access restrictions or unsafe conditions

Safe Drop Policy

For non‑perishable items, we may leave the gift in a safe location if conditions allow. For items containing food, balloons, or delicate presentation, safe‑drop may not be possible unless location is ideal.  We will take a picture of the product at drop location but we are not responsible for product loss or condition after drop.

Apartment & Condo Deliveries

For secure buildings, we rely on buzz codes, concierge access, or the recipient’s phone number. If we cannot gain access and the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery may be rescheduled with a possible re‑delivery fee. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check the delivery address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or re‑delivery fees. 

Weather & Safety

Severe weather or unsafe road conditions may impact delivery times. We may delay delivery to ensure safety.  Reasonable effort will be made if this situation occurs.

Delivery Confirmation

Once delivery is completed, we may:

  • Send a confirmation email

  • Provide a photo of the safe‑drop location (if applicable)

Special requests will be considered but may not always be accommodated.

When Something Goes Wrong

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and details. We will review the situation and make it right where appropriate.
